The Crucial Errors in Murder Investigations
In two thousand 14, at the age of 65, andrew fitz herbert was released on parole after serving 16 years for kathleen marshall's murder. Fitz herbert's d and a was found at the murder scene, and he can't explain how it got there. The only other person who was publicly suspected of killing kathleen and subsequently vilified by the medeo was her arch nemesis, virginia houston. There is one alternative theory that could exonerate both andrew and virginia. Andrew fitzherbert has caused enormous trouble and drama to dozens and dozens of innocent people, and i have not a flack of sympathy.
