What Works When You Can't Sleep

Many of these are exactly what you'll find when you're trying to sleep and you're sleepless can work the best. Do a breathing that helps us to relax, hands, slight smile, the self talk of compassion. A lot of it had to do with attitude. Your body can still get lots of rest even when you can't fall asleep. You'll be okay tomorrow even if you're a little tired.
