Is Government the Competing Body of Technology?

It's having such an outsized impact that politicians are now super focused on it. Not a single market that matters of any size doesn't have the government as the omnipresent third actor. So I think this is just more like understanding the actors on the field. It's kind of like moving from checkers to chess. You had to stay. The stakes are on.
