The Riddler's Guide to Video Chatting

I want to establish this as the first contact you know rather than like at some point in the future be like hey can we have a video call because it can be weird right. It's been interesting trying to work out the questions I mean are you gonna ask like Google style brain teasers how many manhole covers are there in New York City? Trying to understand if I can work well with someone based upon some questions that I'm thinking about in advance is very difficult yeah. There will be more than one person that sticks out and then we'll maybe do like a second phone call just to go through some other little parts that may pop up.
