I'm Hard on Oliver, but I Don't Know if He's the Best One or Not

I'm a big believer in the right person gets the job for the right reasons, you know? You can't like this whole competitive nature of the business. I was always coming out of left feel like they didn't really know what to do with me in a room. It's funny that you're saying this because a couple of us started doing businesses before it wasn't necessarily the hip thing to do if you were an actor. The fact that you're says that you didn't take that part of the industry personally is probably a good indication of someone who would be okay using their ego elsewhere.
