Are You Using Lead Magnets as a Lead Magnet?

I'm not a huge fan of lead magnets because I think you get people that want the lead magnet and don't really care about the newsletter. The more, again, depending on the niche, the stonchier you can get, the better. So maybe it's like tax season and you bring a bunch of accounts to someplace and you do the life accounting marathon. But that kind of thing that can get attention is pretty ready.
