We'll be moving into what i believe is our fifth cohort of our e r e ir s o, a community. We bring folks that are in the class rooms in the schools, that are leaders, with their system leaders. Together they sit shoulder to shoulder for a program year studying intersection and equity at the centre of design. Diving into the enactment of gleam, we have our mela programme with it, which is a building, or principles around their knowledge. And our leaders in the buildings around their knowledge about mathematical academic identity. So what if it that a leader needs to know and understand in order to insure that students are actually developing that mast identity?
