Is There a Need for Expertise in Affirmative Action?

For our show, we don't necessarily look for experts for every given thing. Of course, you want to have somebody who is knowledgeable and has relevant expertise. We all guys could discuss that paper by a guy about women's issues in that particular case just fine. But it just has to be evaluated on a case by case basis.
