The Definition of Palliative Care

Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with serious illness. It's important to note that nowhere in the definition do we talk about dying or death and nor is hospice mentioned. There's often a tension between sort of differentiating hospice and palliative care because you know all of hospice is palliatives care but not all of palliative Care is hospice.
