How a Pastor Deals With the Seasons

CNN's Jim Boulden asks how a pastor deals with having fewer people in the church. He says it can be discouraging, especially for those who have invested so much of their lives and time into the church. Pastor should adjust schedule to accommodate some families going on summer vacation, he argues. But there is tension between that and making sure everyone knows they're missing something if they don't attend Sunday services as planned or not at all.
