The Impact of the Pandemic on Small Church Pastors

LZ Granderson: We're coming out of the pandemic Season and I know for a lot of folks it's like I don't even want to talk about it anymore But we have to because it is going to impact the way we are doing ministry. He says that up until very recently The primary need for small church pastors were small church specific resources. Now resourcing is still a major need but what has leapfrogged over it and is now the biggest need that I'm hearing from Pastors, he says.
