I think things get missed when you're in this sort of cocoon of a team. So I'm just going to look, feel, touch and let my clinical skills go to work. In order for a joint or an action to occur, movement to occur, the body needs to stabilize at some place - which occurs around the spine and the pelvis. And it might be that something's being affected further up the chain,. It might be a scapar thoracic issue, may be a neck issue, might be an adaptation of shoulder drop. This adaptation is something that occurs over time.
