When we launched, we initially got friends and family to join. The next step w e running ads on social trying to get people to use the ap that warn't connected to us. Main reason is you don't want to spend a ton of time growing something that people don't like. For us, it was looking at retention rit like, are they depositing two months later? Are they growing in the deposits? Are they curning? Are they withdrawing? And then once you feel like you have something that's retaining people, then i think is the time to ju look at growth.
