Is Microsoft Really in a Strong Position?

I think Microsoft has a lot of problems now, like serious deep problems. I don't perceive Microsoft as being in a strong position anymore. It's not at all clear that they're going to overcome these problems. Even before it just came out, Geeks have been saying there's something seriously wrong here.
