The Courtroom Distraction in a Climate Case
"I've got eight offenses I've been convicted something like eight times are doing civil disobedience so I said to the judge well as it happens the only time it's actually gone to a jury I've been found unanimously not guilty," he says. "It makes sense that the jury knows that on a case which is happens to be very similar to this case the jury found me not guilty no not possible" He adds: "The next problem in the courtroom is distraction so how the law works is it loves to deal with minor things which are clear according to the existing law."
