The Differences Between the More, Battle More Restrained Version of the Hawkish Attitude and the Less One
There are more hawkish people in the administration and there are more davish people. But there is a pragmatic real world debate going on, not true from the sort of more hawkish elements of DC as a whole. The direction the Biden administration gets pulled in tends to be more hawkish because there's no way to do that. My Gadagas says that China has the explicit aim of creating a techno authoritarian dictatorship and submitting America to it. That's not the line coming from my Gadagas Committee. And this speech was really an overture to get dialogue going again.
