The Skill of Strength Training Is What Many People Are Missing

Many people are missing the skill of strength training that they don't have, being able to move. The skill of strength riing is what's actually going to translate over onto the bike. Hypertrophy is also preparation for the connective tissue. And we're seeing very easily avoidable connective tissue inturies because people are just going lifting heavy stuff. It boggles my mind how this has become common sense. We need something to shock us and get us to change a little bit.
