The cerebra phone was a device consisting of a speaker that could be placed inside a pillow, connected to a tape containing foreign language lessons. Supposedly, you could listen to this tape night after night while you slept, and eventually you'd just wake up one day knowing spanish, learn sleep. Now, this was a really stupid idea that did not work at all, right?
