Is This a Conundrum Without an Answer?
I know a lot of Co-founders and entrepreneurs who at some point or another cut their salary for the benefit of the business. I've read probably over 500 business book and all of them are absolute trash because nobody actually knows anything. Know what you're worth and then Figure out like it doesn't always have to be cash we figure out the compensation that gets you to that level. There's nothing guaranteed about any of our businesses like It could be out of business next year.
