How to Avoid Borrowing From Nintendo

Nintendo seems to like they don't care. They'll shut down somebody with three followers, three YouTube subscribers. So any other companies you've seen, like that just come down with the hammer and like we'll spin. Yeah, monster is notorious for filing opposition against anything. Even though they don't make games, but they may have toys and things like that. And they are really kind of litigious about their, their trademarks.
