This is yet again getting us into territory regarding light and sleep and sleep and waking cycles. I think its important to see bright lights in the morning to entrain your rhythm. That also makes me somewhat of a boring human, but i will take it because i like the Circadian cycle. Let you decide how much a boring human you want to be.
