Is it possible for applicants to game these tests? Am not going to ask you, are you an honest person? But can you? Can applicants figure out a way to give the employer an answer that would get him in the door for the interview? Some forms of lie detection aren't perfect either. The goal is to try and find a good fit between thea job applicant and the employer.
