Smudge Beals is a South Jersey native who's playing at Roman Catholic. He last visited in April, got his offer shortly after that and Penn State time is listed early on. This is going to be a pretty big lash bash 40, 50, maybe even 60 recruits depending on some of the confirmations that we get with guys able to make it to town.
