i think that culture very often is both global and local. So yours, you are going to feel the er vibes coming from the wider culture around you. I really do believe, and we've seen that a through the diagnostic tols that we use, that you do have sub cultures. And sometimes they are as small, as he said, as three, or maybe even five, five people in a team, and and the experience is completely different. i personally encourage people to focuson that area of a influence that they can have - rather than worry about what their boss thinks.
