The Russian Empire, the Great Power Mechanism, and Sof Power
He's always had this idea of restoring the russian empire or something. He thought that russia would succeed as being a great power in a morekand of modern, you know, globalis way of great power. So i think he really thought that great power mechanism would work. And then it's only a kind of gradually that e resentment of orde the result of getting that kind of reactivity from traditional imperialism.
