What's Required for the Federation Runners?

So for the actual federation members, all they have to do is run some soft waer that e is figured in a certain way and you want it and forget about it. Then the lighting gateway is a little bit more complicated,. That action needs active management, because it's a lighting note. You need to balance channels and open new ones, close old ones. There you really need some one technical ik.
