What Is Art and Why Is It So Dangerous?
The reason art is so dangerous is that it speaks to us at a pre rational level. The stories you're told as a kid sort of insinuate themselves into your heart, and you almost can't think your way out of them. You they shape your soul in a very profound way because they're there part just of the being that you area. And this is why we care more about censuring what kids watch than what adults watch. Because the point of art is to explore the furthest regions of truth. In order to do that, it needs to have a certain degree of license.
