The Differences Between Charter Schools and Traditional Public Schools
We're required by law to take any student from anywhere in North Carolina if there's space available. So we've actually got a lottery Monday night in which we will pick our next 125 candy gardeners and several other available spots. It comports with studies that I've seen on charter schools that performance when students are randomly selected tends to be better than on traditional public schools.
