Employers need to be more open to other ideas. We have a lot of boomerings, 16% of our new hires this year alone are boomerings. So i think it really is important, if you see someone that looks trainable, that looks interesting, that you keep a special file for those people when that opportunity's there. And then i always kindof contact them every few months and say, hey, you know, i'm still thinking about you. I'm still looking for the right position for you."
