What's the Problem With the Minimum Wage?

States with right to work legislation on the books tend to be more conservative politically, so you don't know what's causing it. If you just do a standard o regression, states with minimum wages have higher unemployment among tenage workers than states that don't. The defenders of the minium wage stuff then have to push it back an say, well, it's cause the states that tended to have the higher minal wage had these other things going on that the progressions not picking up.
