How to Deal With Bee Stings
Most people that do die from bee stings are allergic to an enzyme in the venom called phospholipase. The histamine also triggers special nerve fibers in your skin that tell the brain it needs to scratch the sting site. But unless you're stung repeatedly many hundred times, bee venom won't kill you.
