The DevOps Heuristic

There is a DevOps heuristic that says 80% of all outages are related to changes. And then, you know, the SRE doubled down on it and wrote like they said 70%, but who's counting? I don't know if you're that chance to read John Osborne,. master's capstone, it's it's a brilliant paper. It's very academic.
