Apple's Tightness in the Bear Market
In 2008, Bill O'Neill noticed that there was tightness within apple over four weeks where it all kind of magically closed around the same price range. That's a tip that the institutions or could be a clue that the institutions are accumulating even if it's earlier on in the base. Sometimes they just get sold into strength and then corrected beautifully to the point we made earlier after early losses.
