The P of Impact

Insight is when exactly am I meant to do this behavior that I say I'm going to do? Motivation is the next area. Ability is, can I actually do it? Do I have the resources? Is there anything I need to learn? So you've got insight and motivation, your prompt. And then you move into the next part of the framework: The P of impact. If we don't over commit on time, if we could carve out three hours in our day, perhaps we should carving out 15 minutes so that we're not trying to do an hour regularly but getting better at it.
