How to Scale One to Ten

Jennicotcher: I created a journal. It's this five minute a day reflection journal. At the top of the page, it literally says, how am I really? And it's a scale of zero to ten. All you have to do is circle the one that you are feeling for the day. When you do it consistently, you'll start to notice trends. For me as a person who menstruates, I really started to notice trends around my menstrual cycle when I reflected on last month's journaling prompts.
