The Aftermath of Reddit's Not Safe Work for Work Subreddit
John Oliver has endorsed this. He posted over the weekend on Twitter, and he did this very long thread of a bunch of clearly just like random photos from his phone or whatever. Most brand advertisers don't want their ads next to such content. And so you can assume that some of these folks who made this change did it as a way to perhaps go after Reddit's ad revenue by changing into a way that Reddit can't make money off of that subreddit anymore.
