Habakkuk's Choice to Rejoice
Habakkuk has a future promise of salvation and deliverance. He's had an amazing vision of how God will come in the future but he's still living in the midst of an unjust society. Habakkuk is saying, I'm going to choose to rejoice and to be glad. It's to somehow rejoice while also crying out even though his circumstances will not be changing.
