How Did Governments Deal With COVID?
For a lot of countries, we basically had to wait until WHO started publishing numbers. Some countries published numbers on websites, but those were really the ones that were really hard to collect. Most of it was manual collection because it wouldn't be any kind of open data or even a regular table. The problem is also you run into problems of like in some countries,. so you don't understand what's on the image and maybe they've moved the number from one cell to the other.
