What Are Your Three Like Actions of the Day?
Shute: My first movement of the day is, honestly, skinn carrots. I do not think im going to be jumping out of bed excited and wide awake as soon as i open my eyes. So that's really first thing. And then i make my lemon water and kind of get the coffee going. A i move into mindfulness after that. Shute: Mastery for me these days really looks like those creative moments i don't want to lose. What is that next great video idea? Can we start researching it a little bit? Or maybe i'm going to write a micro blog post in the form of an instagram caption.
