I don't think it can have the rejuvenating effect on Boris Johnson's career that certain people are clearly hoping I do think it will probably matter in that it will reduce yet further our faith in politicians in general and the Conservative party in particular. The inquiry that he was part of the privileges committee report was not about whether or not Boris Johnson went to parties it was about whether he lied about it knowingly to Parliament which they concluded he did. He wrote the rules yeah Bernard Jenkins involved was in Parliament but he wasn't the person actually writing the rules and telling the public about them at weekly press conferences soYeah for me it's a it can only help, for someone who's not massively keen
