Mark Pomerance's Testimony on the Grand Jury Secrecy of the Case
You have to take a stand because otherwise it's not going to stop. What is there really to fear from honest and truthful testimony from Mark Pomerance about this? I don't really follow what that fear would be. Jim Jordan said he was not interested in seeking any information that would violate New York laws about grand jury secrecy. But if they want to question him about that, you know, I guess have at it.
