The Importance of Communication in Projects

Go look at the IKEA talk from Ingenevac. They put it into a three minute video as part of the pre-project work and buying process for the project. And this three minute video is excellent. It tells you like it is. Now people say things like, oh, well, I just want to be able to write an update and do it. they say it as simply and as they want it to be. You know, user research, going out there talking to people, filming it,. sharing of others to help plan the project but also educate others about what people think out there.
