How to Lock in Rates for a Longer Timeframe
Travis: I love the idea of parking some cash into the four and a half five percent yielding treasuries. You can still get four percent plus on the short really short term stuff you know the six month or less you can still get five percent plus. Then you kind of start to think about well how could I lock in four to five percent for a longer timeframe and that becomes a harder choice.
