critical race theory was designed to be a mechanism for debate in law schools. It's now come main stream, it's not a theoretical model. Theory examines how policy and legislation have promoted and continues a system of racism like the notion of drawt driving while black. And i think that that gateway is really a epitomizes many or inner cities that we talk about today.
