Early in the year, the forecast of a residential real estate was very, very bright. It seems a little different now. So what are you seeing? Well, let's start with, it's still bright. And and i know there are a lot of headlines out there, but here's the reality of what's happening. We are short four and a half million homes. This is why inventory has been so low. Granted, we may not sell six point one, one two million homes. But this will be probably the third or fourth best year in history for real estate.
