How Do We Start to Rewire Our Breath Pattern?

We're going to have a consistent breath pattern that our body is used to returning to. So how can we insert throughout our day a few pauses or we consciously take two or three breaths? The sides of the rib cage breathing is just one of my favorites and we can use that breath then in getting some movement back in the upper back. Even if you were to do this flexion and extension of the upper back numerous times throughout the day, oh my goodness, just imagine how much better you'll feel rather than being in a stagnant position.
