In order to graduate from operationalizing scale to phase five, which is fully commercialized and fully integrated, there's a checklist of things. The program must drive at least a million dollars in attributable hero pipeline every single quarter repeatably or it will move away from phase five. If you're able to get one, two, three programs into phase five, like my company has LinkedIn organic live events, podcasts, those three things are driving more than a million dollars per quarter for us that our sales team wins at greater than 25%. You mutilatively, those three programs drive about 10 million in pipe every quarter. It's just a podcast. We can't have this type of stuff happening.
