When Did You Stop Singing?

The first question a Shawman is likely to ask you is, when did you stop singing? Singing in the shower, singing in your car, singing while you're exercising. Dancing is our natural, spontaneous state of expressing ourselves. So if you're in pain, the pain teacher may be inviting you to start dancing. If you're in a wheel chair, then dance with your arms and your head and you spine. Or all you've got left is a little finger or an eyeball, just dance to the music with it,. And you will see that you can yourself right back into health, especially if you sing asYou dance.
