What's the Difference Between Ventilation and Retinol?
The term ventilation and respiration colloquially is synonymous. We use it interchangeably, but they mean very different things. Ventilation is simply just bringing air or bringing gases in and out of the body. Respiration is the exchange of gases across membranes. And cardiovascular system does a lot of it because it brings it to the tissue.
