Are You Still Enjoying the Journey?

I think every entrepreneur when they start has some vision of what they want their life to be like. They have some actual goals they're striving for and there's something about the difficulty of the journey itself where it's easy to lose sight of that. And you end up building a company that five years later you look up and like, you don't even like working there. You're doing things you don't enjoy doing. It's so easy to do that. So it's a lot of respect for the fact that you've been able to make a lot of hard decisions and build a culture that for better or for worse is what you wanted it to be.
